Today’s Flight

Taste all five for just $40!

2021 Sauvignon Blanc, Rutherford $32

Sourced from the McGah Family vineyard off Skellenger Lane, just 3.5 miles south of the winery. Whole-cluster pressed and aged in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels, this vintage balances the citrus driven aromatics with flavors of ripe stone fruit. Bright and refreshing! (150 cases produced)

2020 Chardonnay, Los Carneros $42

After four years on a wait list, we finally got fruit from the Sangiacomo’s Southern Sonoma Vineyard in this vintage. Planted to Clone 112 (Hyde) in 2012, it adds viscosity and a lingering finish to the mature flavors of El Novillero and Catarina Ranch. Aged 10 months in 30% new French and Hungarian oak, with 50% completing malolactic. (520 cases produced)

2021 Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast $50

When our 2020 Pinot Noir developed smoke taint, we were forced to destroy it. On the bright side, the Sangiacomos allowed us to buy fruit the following harvest from their Robert’s Road vineyard, their best site. Wild raspberry and pomegranate flavors jump from the glass, framed by a tangy salinity, and graham cracker crust on the finish. (160 cases produced)

2018 Estate Cabernet Franc $75

Aromas of black current and Bing cherry, accompanied by Rutherford’s textbook cocoa powder. Spice and mineral nuances that distinguish Cabernet Franc from the other Bordeaux varieties lend complexity, such as sage, cinnamon and pencil shavings. Its mouthfeel is full and structured, securing a long life for this wine. (210 cases produced)

2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon $85

88% Cabernet Sauvignon, blended with 4% each Petit Verdot & Malbec, and 2% each Merlot & Cab Franc. Replanted entirely to Clone 7 in 1991 and 1997, our “Old” and “Young” blocks boast ripe boysenberry and black plum compote as time progresses in the glass. Cocoa nib and anise seed mingle with the fruit and lend it complexity.   (306 cases produced)
